My Genesis Supreme had those friction hinges that stress and bend the metal door frame. I hated those since day one and finally ordered up the frictionless hinges and drilled out the old rivits.

The upper and lower are the friction hinges so the middle set does not need replaced. The hinges can be found on the Lippert website for $22 each.

I sanded the heads of the rivits off and punched them in very easily. The new hinges were longer and don’t reuse the same holes so you will have to drill them and add new rivits.

Very easy job to do and well worth it in the long run. No more stress on the door frame now.

I will have to install a magnetic door holder next.
