Pools!!!! Some tips so I don't install the wrong stuff!

I'm kind of a pool care nut, always looking for things to make my routine easier, hadn't heard of this. The mineral they refer to on the box is copper sulfate, correct? Any problems with staining or green hair using this product?

When ph alkalinity get out of whack, the metals will drop out of solution and pool will turn an awesome purple / blue
