That pendulum...

I always thought he was a Republican *shrugs* He only lasted as sheriff for one term and lost his bid for re-election 61% -39%, which for an incumbent is basically being thrown out of office. Heard he's thinking of running for Governor.
 
He was kicked out of the LA Dem power machine for calling out the corruption...he has nowhere else to go but the repubs.... He just needs to take his $$$$ and go away. He wasn't that good as a sheriff, so he really has nothing to offer.
 
It's going to need to swing a lot further.
