So with ANOTHER grandkid being Born it is really making the Case for Getting a 4 seater However Been watching Marketplace and I know its summer time but YXZ's are Losing value like a sinking rock. i would be Happy with 8k but saw one for 6300 and it wasn't selling so I guess The makes up my mind that I have to for now Keep the YXZ..O'well such is life.. I got more worries than that with My landlord Died in May and My Lease is up in Nov so NOT sure at this point what his wife is gonna do..She likes raising the rent so if she doesn't kick me out I am sure she will raise the rent again. Seems to be 100-150 a month every Year..Stressing about what will Happen in Nov is stupid I know
