Ah word. @onanysunday was talking about DC to DC chargers, which you said you didn't want to run because of alternator issues. Making sure there wasn't some aspect I missed. Friend of mine went with the self-contained "alternator charger" for his, but I really don't see much difference...

Worried about overloading it? Going to get a DC to DC for the self-contained battery box I bring in the Jeep for longer trips and curious on your thoughts there.

Was the weld on the tube (not the cup) on the arm a crack? If so, gonna add something over the top to keep it from cracking again?
