Anyone have much issue with loose straps? Since I’ve started using axle straps and spring clip ends, tied at the wheels, and not crossed, I haven’t had a strap come off. Sometimes they get a little loose, but I always stop at the same spot on my drive out to check straps, tires and wheel...

Based on the knurling on the corners, it looks like you’re exceeding limit on those. How are you measuring angle? Like @parker@gearone says, metal to metal, or on the strap is a bit of a difference, and you want to confirm they rotate easily by hand at full droop plus a little.
