Well, folks should get out more, go check out prices. EVERYTHING went up....needlessly so IMHO, but hey it is what it is. The costs to repair/replace homes is STUPID high....it's now 250-450 a square foot in Idaho......Insurance companies have been losing money on homeowners for a long time, but auto and investments made up for it. Auto costs went stupid and now they have to try to stay in business. Most have left CA and won't come back.

There is a reason NOT to vote for Democrats......because the F up everything....welcome to Post Biden America.
 
I wish more haters moved out of the state, I have never understood why people hate it so much but continue to stay, or even worse they move and talk shit on Cali every day for the rest of their lives................weird to me

The best is when ONE GUY from here did it 15 years after the GD.com mass exodus and he thinks he's the most special AZ resident the state has to offer... now... and keeps telling us how much better he is than us. Mind you, he moved from a city that is one step away from being Tijuana... with a lot of it's Citizen's already there. But, we are the dumbasses because we live in rural, conservative areas of So Cal... (y)

Maybe you shouldn't have bought a house and raised your kids in the armpit of San Diego? Odd concept to absorb.

I think most people, even the ones born and raised in CA, don't have a clue how diverse this state is.

And they've never even set foot in northern CA. It's a world apart from down south.

This is the most beautiful state in the country.

Now the politics? We all know that is a whole different story. But yet...

There Are states that are worse!!! 😱
