It's exactly like the Lobster in a pot analogy. You have seen it get worse and worse every day but it was gradual. Leave for a year and it would be unbearable on your return.Born and raised here...it is all I know!
Not sure I would be happy any other place, everything is here and relatively close (Except for that traffic thingy)
LOL
I would love to have another home elsewhere, but where...I have no idea.
Two stop lights for me.I drove .02 miles today. And that was round trip.
You don't WFH anymore, so YOU aren't actually around when we would breeze by in one of my three bulletproof Jap vehicles. You take the 210 thru Pasadena to pass by my house....that's why fool.
LOL
He's having great success at stalking Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Hayley Williams, in Franklin. He can easily hide BELOW the bushes, etc.
How do you folks live in California? I just drove from Oregon to Palm Springs over last two days:
1. The roads are in such terrible condition I’m surprised I have any teeth left
2. The driver’s here are hands-down the worst in the country.
3. Coalinga is the worst thing I’ve ever smelled.
3. I spent two hours in grid lock traffic on the 210 near Pasadena on a Saturday afternoon.
I don’t care how good the weather is. I’ll take some rain and long guilt free showers over this mess every day and twice on Sunday. Seriously how do you deal with this every day if you live here?
Damn, you're going to make me pack up and move behind enemy lines...Well for starters...
We don't drive through Pasadena in a Saturday afternoon!
Coalinga? I've lived in SoCal my whole life. I have no clue where that is!
Bad drivers are are where the worst traffic is. Clearly, you seem to have found both?
And it's probably best not to drive an unloaded one ton truck on a road trip. We usually take the Mercedes!
But also seriously...
CA is a very big state. You should try and explore the less traveled roads.

And yes, I took all these pics.![]()
Damn, you're going to make me pack up and move behind enemy lines...
All jokes aside everyone talks about hating/leaving California. 7 years ago my best friend left north phoenix moved to San macros then to Temecula. If it wasn't for my job here i would have done the same...
The girlfriend & I have talked about it and if we ever left Arizona we would probably end up in the Temecula/Murietta area...
If you live in California stay, grass always seems greener on the other side...
North County (Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside) and Temecula are some of the best places to live, in this state.Damn, you're going to make me pack up and move behind enemy lines...
