Also, used to remove stock guard and run a cut out from a 1 qt. Oil bottle. Flimsy enough to bend yet kept the sand from hitting the shock shaft.

IFP tool  I think it’s 1/4-20 threads if I remember right  way cheaper than the bought one  that is if you know how to weld  LOL!!!!

Have 4 person set up. Headsets are 1-2 years old. One of them you can hear fine but cannot talk into. Checked a different cord same result. Is the headset repairable? Is there anything I could look for? thanks.

I've been using this and it is sloppy at best , I bought a new one and was better but in less than a year it is sloppy--sand in the bushings, stiff, wd-40, dirty, more sand.  I'm going to add EPS with my new Gear One rack (thanks Glamis Veteran's Auction) and want to get this nice and smooth...

Yes and I remarked the belt in case I need to reinstall for testing purposes. The bolt that holds a tensioner pulley on was hard to turn in the bearing hole. Looks like dried up grease and probably a bit of sand. But knowing how much pressure the tensioner itself puts out I would think it would...
