I have outboard hubs on my car and the stationary boots have a good amount of sand in them after each trip. Does anyone have tricks or tips for keeping sand out of the outer boot?

To over simplify- I always set up my cars so the back locks up just before the front. If fronts lock up first then the car will push into a turn.

I really like the idea of the Racer front engine car, but with an albins ST6.

He is building cars and has several on order and in production. That's where I would go if I was building a car.

I would not convert the car to mid engine. I would run a N/A k24 engine and a mendeola 2d. Keep the weight off the back of the car and it will work much better than a mid-engine.

Yeah, bunch of different options. I was wondering if anyone figured out which one works with the chevy/albins bell housing and LS.

Has anyone found off the self dust covers for an LS/Albins combo that covers the exposed flywheel or flexplate? Mine is currently open and would like to seal it off. Figured I would check before sending it to an aluminum guy to custom make.

With a big block you need an Albins or the new fortin. I would run a torque converter if I was you.
