Just got back from skating up the Strand to visit friends at the Ironman Triathlon, a Hermosa Beach tradition that is now 52 years old (run a mile, paddle a mile, then drink a six pack of yore preferred ICDB). Winner is the first person to complete it and hold it down for 20 minutes afterward...
