It rained solid for 5 hours in Vista from 11 pm - 4 am.
.6"... everything in the 'hood was soaked and down the street at work is ridiculously humid with moisture visibly coming up from the ground.
It's almost like areas of So Cal have different weather... how odd...
As I discussed in your Ozarks thread... a bottle of Adams Detail Spray and a bag of good Microfibers will have you in the right frame of mind when these things happen.
They truck it in and keep it in those big black water storage tanks or above ground pool. Likely have a Water Chiller hooked up down the line to cool the temps.
These guys are likely growing in Soil in plastic Grow Bags... or Coco coir if they are good at what they do... and they aren't.
Its a "wall" like a fence that runs water down from top to bottom to increase humidity and a water cooling effect similar to a swamp cooler (or radiator of sorts).
