If you believe ANY of this, you haven't been paying attention to CA in the last 30 years... IT WIll BE A TAX IN THE NEXT COUPLE YEARS.

This is All a dog and pony show to gauge public opposition to this tax....just a "feeler" to see how they package it and when...likely it will be shoved in as a "needed" tax after our shortfalls and Newsome will sign it on the way out the door. He won't want too...but will Have too to Save California.

What I believe is, No Tax is ever "Finished". I don't care what they say, it will continue.
World War 1, a "Phone Tax" was re started, only for the rich that could afford a phone line.
That tax was not repealed until 2006.
Originally a 1898 tax.
