They are good cars and plenty of aftermarket parts options. For shock work I would contact Tom Morris, who is Santa Ana. He has been doing shock work on the X3 since it was released and has them dialed in. If it does not have a front end gusset kit and shock tower brace I would get those.

That area of the 210 is a traffic nightmare unless you roll through there between 8:30a - 11:30a.

You want a drive that will make you pull your hair out, just head east on the 10 from Palm Springs to Phoenix. There are states with way worse drivers than in CA. Texas and Alabama have some horrible drivers. Parts of AZ has some special drivers and Atlanta area of Georgia is good times...

If they are claiming 250hp and putting a super charger on a 999cc 4 cylinder motor, I would say they are swinging for the fences with this one.

74"-76" puts it with the Pro R and Mav R. Any information on whether this is a completely new frame and suspension versus beefing up the existing KRX? I sure hope they find a way to put a 18 gallon fuel tank in it. A super charger likes to drink fuel.

Rugged has the mount that goes under the dash on the driver's side and PCI has a mount that goes in the cup holder. For some reason Can Am did not layout the interior with the thought of people mounting radios...

It probably happened earlier and that section of the ride is when it finally let go. I small rock can get jammed in there and do damage. There is a hard plastic scrapper that bolts onto the bottom of the trailing arm. If you still have those on they catch rocks and scrape up the wheel.

Looks like an awesome trip. Nevada has some great trails. Your friend running a 15" or 14" wheel? You have to remove the rock scrapers off the X3 to avoid rocks getting jammed between the scraper and wheel. 15" wheels are the way to go on the X3.
