Many Golf carts don't have a VIN, you need to had that added to get it registered. Once you have that, you need to have Brake lights, Turn Signals, Windshield Wipers, and Seat Belts. Of course you need DOT headlights as well.

When going East on the 210 thru the La Crescenta area, always turn down the 2 freeway and then hit 134 East to avoid the 210 interchange past the Rosebowl, that will save you 15 minutes. Other than that, just file in line and wait your turn. But then again staying East of the mtns thru...
