I bought a traxxas XRT 2 years ago…. It’s an 8s that’ll do 60mph and weighs almost 30 lbs….. it’s a beast!! It’s a far cry from the RC10 I started with in the 80’s. It’s crazy what these brushless motors will do! Here’s a photo next to my sons 1/10 traxxas slash

Usually to run carfax and a lot of times it’s a dealer…. There’s nothing they can do with your vin really. Only vehicles I wouldn’t give it out for are cars with keyless start…. They can make a clone and steal them

I did a 12 year warranty AP smith for around 800OTD and took me less than an hour to put in…. Not a bad way to go. You don’t even have to sweat pipe anymore with compression fittings
