    The Fueltech will only control the switching for the fans and fuel pump, not the power supply. You will still need circuit protection of some type and a relay. This is a generic V6 diagram from FT. You would ignore cyl. 5/6 and the smart coil extra ground wires...

    The intake is the typical easy way to ID all the first gen engines. Second would be pulling a valve cover and looking at the cam/rocker set up. The early engines only had two intake rockers. The later ones had three.

    People will typically remove the baffles if they are going to powder coat them. Media from the blasting will get trapped in them.
