Installed the Control Cable and its a night and day difference versus the Kartek cable. Even the construction seems better. Will never use a Kartek cable again.

I would call pacific customs and they might have the length you need in stock. Easier to replace now then deal with an issue in the dunes.

Yesterday my throttle cable started sticking horribly due to sand getting into it due to the seals coming undone. On my 3rd cable in 4 years and I buy the purple ones from Kartek. Is there a better option out there that anyone is using? Maybe ones with better seals?

Did you adjust the the slave cylinder rod on both ends? I had a similar issue and adjusting the rod on the other end solved the problem for me.

So that is not the pressure your injectors are seeing. You would want to check the pressure after the regulator.

Where are you seeing the 80psi of fuel pressure? How are you testing it?

Looks like an OEM unit which should be fine using a stock pump. I would say maybe try a new aftermarket one from a reputable seller. Maybe pick up a use OEM one from a wrecking yard tomorrow to see if it changes anything.

Finished changing all the fluids on the tow pig. Surprised I only put 5k miles in a year on it. Trying to tie up the loose ends on the buggy to make it out next weekend

What fuel pressure regulator are you running?

OEM fuel pressure is around 64 Lbs. I only run about 40ish at idle and I am running larger injectors.

Pulled this from Odyclub: update: I cleaned AIC valve again, it was drenched in carb cleaner. cleaned and tapped with hammer. after it was dry, I sprayed some wd-40 and I saw an improvement - the internal "throttle" inside AIC was now closing completely. Cleaned and lubed it again. Installed...

Even more of a reason to stay out of the washes. Even funnier to see on the big weekends is all the dummies camping on sand highway.
