Country Coach intrigue 32 ft (((((Solar install)))))

Did not know this was an option. I do know with these batteries the BMS is very advanced and I won't need a shunt. Will be able to bluetooth to the battery program. Still have a lot more to learn and research in this regard.

Country Coach intrigue 32 ft (((((Solar install)))))

I really like how this guy mounted his panels on the roof using strut channel. A little more work and adds a little more weight but I like the idea of being able to add a strut rod to manually angle a panel up if you want. Not that I plan on doing that but would like to have that option. That...

Country Coach intrigue 32 ft (((((Solar install)))))

Trying to mount my electronics in the same Bay with the batteries was going to be a real pain in the ass. To do it right I needed to separate the AGM starting battery from all the electronics. Elected to mount all of the electronics under the bed in the storage area. I will cut a rectangular...

Country Coach intrigue 32 ft (((((Solar install)))))

Dang there is a lot to learn about solar. So this thing has three 8d AGM batteries. Each battery weighs 169 lb. I am keeping one of those to start the engine and then replacing two of them with two sunfun kits 315 amp hour each LiPO batteries. Did a lot of research on different batteries and...

the Kawi is here, what say you?

Thought I read somewhere the way they are rating the engine horsepower on the Kawasaki is different than the others. It'll be interesting to see them line up side by side and hit the gas. I have a krx1000 now which is only a two-seater and terribly underpowered. Looks like now there are three...

Cummins 8.9 ISL 400/1200. What do you guys consider to hot for coolant temps.

I put that bend in there just to give the piece some strength. It is only aluminum. That bend is quite a ways out from the fan.

Cummins 8.9 ISL 400/1200. What do you guys consider to hot for coolant temps.

I put in eight nut certs with a small bolt in each one. I can have it off in one minute. If you look at a circle it's going to affect only a very small portion. We will see.

Cummins 8.9 ISL 400/1200. What do you guys consider to hot for coolant temps.

So now you have me wondering if that little flat deflector piece I put on the bottom could affect cooling or air flow. I don't see how it could but......

No wonder this thing makes its own haboob going down a dirt road. Holy crap what were they thinking. Those fan blades hang out of the shroud inch and a half.

I was thinking about trying to make some sort of shield to stop the fan from kicking dirt up.

We bought this coach in 2016 with 27,000 miles on it. It now has a little over 67,000. 300 horsepower 3126 cat and an Allison 6-speed automatic. Freightliner chassis. Very popular 7372 chassis. One large slide out makes for a large living area. Overall a very nice coach and I don't think you'll...
