The weekend is upon us once again.. What is everyone doing this weekend? On a side Note I had a Good friend Pass away on Thursday night from a Very short Illness. He was only 56.. Try to live everyday and thats something I need to do as well

Well the Past week and its been exactly a week today that I found out one of my good friends was on Life support. His Lungs stopped working. They didn't know why. Turns out he caught some super rare disease and only 3 reported cases in the US ever..His Brother texted me at 9pm Thursday night...

Went to the Gastro Dr today. She said she would give me one more Year before another Colonoscopy but Gave me another RX to go along with my existing stomach meds. BTW my BP was 178/104... So yeah got lots on my mind
