    Now this looks like a great idea, just like a Donaldson or S&B particle Seperator for our offroad toys. One concern would be flow and pressure raised due to the extra restriction it adds. Would it put a strain on the variable speed pump?

    The Aqua star plf35000 is American made and has some good reviews. One filter to clean, but its only 250 sq ft of media. hmmm

    Yeah the local supply store is pushing the 420 model but it only has 4 filters and mine is 8 now and last me 4 months between cleaning.
