Called a friend in AZ...said Desert Diesel Repair on Bell road is the go to guys... Phone: (623) 205-6489. He has several diesels and an earthmoving company....he uses them when it has to be right....At least they can probably give you an idea.

My step daughter and her husband do pork a LOT..... brine it , mustard....rec teq......comes out really good...she also does chili verde to die for.....makes homemade green salsa then browns the pork cubes.... It is really good.... made chili verde tortas.... amazing... chili verde eggs....soooo...
